"We met Aanchal when we went to one of the open houses in Hayward. We didn't have any agent at that time, so she offered to help us find our "soon to be" home. She asked what we like, our budget, preferred location, etc. She was very patient with us. We had our first zoom call to discuss the whole process and what the expectations are. We were very surprised that she remembered everything that we discussed on our first meeting. It really showed that she wanted to help us get a home that fits, if not all, most of the things that we were looking for. She arranged for us to look at several properties that we were interested in and spent half a day just checking houses after the other. She would text or call us just to give updates.
