
Aaron grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago as the son of military parents, an upbringing that instilled discipline, adaptability, and a strong sense of service from an early age. Having moved often and seen firsthand how important āhomeā can be during life transitions, Aaron developed a natural appreciation for real estate as both a personal and financial decision.
Professionally, Aaron built his foundation at Compass in Chicago, where he served as an Agent Experience Manager coaching agents on how to grow and scale their businesses. During this time, he also began managing real estate properties for investors, gaining hands-on experience with leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, budgeting, and asset performance. This perspective allows Aaron to help buyers evaluate properties beyond the surfaceāunderstanding cash flow, long-term value, and riskāwhile also helping sellers position their homes strategically to attract the strongest offers.
After leaving Compass, Aaron transitioned into working with some of the top financial services companies in the world, negotiating contracts and helping organizations make better, data-driven decisions. This experience sharpened his ability to analyze market conditions, negotiate effectively, and advocate for his clientsā best interestsāskills that translate directly into real estate transactions where strategy, timing, and negotiation can greatly impact outcomes.
Today, Aaron is focused on helping others confidently navigate their real estate journey. Whether assisting clients with rentals, purchasing their familyās forever home, or adding another investment to the portfolio, he brings a thoughtful, analytical approach paired with a service-oriented mindset. His diverse background allows him to guide clients with clarity, honesty, and expertiseāensuring they feel informed, supported, and well-positioned at every step of the process. When not working, Aaron spends his time with his wife, daughter, and dog in Oak Park.
