"Aaron Wilder was very helpful and easy to work with. We managed to purchase a home quickly and it was exactly what we wanted. He was available to answer questions and walk us through the process as first time home buyers. He had great expertise on buying tactics in this competitive market."
"We met Aaron Wilder at one of the first time home buyer classes that he volunteers to do every weekend. He was extremely knowledgeable and handled this process as smoothly and efficiently as possible allowing us to close on schedule with no hold ups and the terms we wanted. He negotiated over $10,000 in upgrades in addition to appliances into our contract at no cost to us. I 100% recommend him as a buyers agent. He will fight to get you what you want"
"Aaron Wilder was very responsive. He would follow up to my questions immediately and offer solutions or advice during the homebuying process. As a first time home buyer he walked me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way including timelines and expectations."
"Highly recommend Aaron Wilder for any buyers. This man is a miracle worker, he is not one of those that took you to the place to show you only the good things about property. But he educated me about the house, also he made sure to look for expensive problems that I was too hyped to pay attention to. He was always available for questions, the closing of this house was a breeze. Will look forward to working with in the future"
"Aaron was awesome! He knew the North Seattle neighborhood very well and went out of his way to help us finally close on a home! We could definitely tell he had immense knowledge on the best ways to look competitive in this market. We couldn't recommend Aaron enough."
Real estate is a people business, and Aaron is the ultimate people person. He takes time to get to know his clients, to understand what’s important to them and how he can best serve them. Aaron emphasizes communication and collaboration with all parties in the transaction. He also has vetted and relationships with other service providers during the transaction process (such as home inspectors, structural engineers, HVAC technicians), so he can make recommendations to his clients with confidence that they will receive high quality and trustworthy service. Aaron earns his clients’ respect working honestly and tirelessly on their behalf, finding creative ways to approach negotiations and ultimately get his clients the win. Passionate about homeownership, he has spent many weekends volunteering as an instructor for first-time homebuyer classes.
Aaron is a Seattle native with extensive local knowledge. He has a master’s degree in accounting and tax and a bachelor’s degree in business, both from the University of Washington.
When he isn’t working, you’ll mostly like find Aaron on the greens at one of Puget Sound’s golf courses. Of course, during football season, Sundays are reserved for the Seahawks. Full of random knowledge, you might also find him enjoying pub trivia with friends. A good sport, Aaron allows his wife to drag him to musicals and the symphony, although, as she puts it, for Aaron “it’s an expensive nap.”
