Real estate always felt like a natural fit for Aaron's driven and attentive countenance. After some encouragement from his mentor and mother, he finally took the leap in 2020, just as the COVID-19 pandemic was getting underway. What might have seemed like an insurmountable challenge to some only motivated Aaron to work harder.
The pandemic caused a huge ripple effect across the housing market, with many people using that time to move away from big cities or put their homes up for sale. Aaron jumped into a fast-changing market at a volatile time and immediately adapted to the fluctuating circumstances, proving his natural talent, ambition, and dedication to the job. His areas of expertise are with first-time homebuyers, millennial buyers, and sellers.
Aaron's clients know him to be a friendly, knowledgeable, and patient professional who excels at explaining the process in an easy-to-understand format. No question is too insignificant. Aaron is always happy to listen to any of your concerns and ensure you comprehend every part of the process to make the most informed decisions.
He learned from the best growing up, as his mother received her realtor license in Washington state and taught him the tricks of the trade. Along with obtaining his bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University, his mother's teaching helped him receive several certifications to qualify him as an agent, including Real Estate Negotiation Expert from Real Estate Business Institute and Pricing Strategy Advisor from National Association of Realtors.
Aaron is a vocal advocate of physical fitness and loves to get involved in local youth sports. He's also an avid football fan—go Seahawks! When he's not working out or building PCs, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, including his fiancée, sister, niece, and two small dogs.
" We had the opportunity to work together as we were looking to buy a home. Aaron went above and beyond his call of duty and ensured that we had all the answers available. During one of the home visits, my wife simply wondered if the kitchen wall could be taken down to transition to open living. He got back to us next day with his detailed research with general cost estimates of such projects. This is what separates him from most other realtors. Some would say “you have to hire a contractor to find out more” and stop there. But Aaron doesn’t take his role as just a job. He is involved and gives more than 100% towards his clients. Another quality I admire about him is responsiveness. He is always available to answer your questions and there is never a delay. He will have research done on disclosures, and have it ready for you within hours of expressing interest. He learns and adapts to your taste in home and what works and what wouldn’t work. We bid on our home based on his research around neighborhood comps and closed successfully without overpaying by a huge margin. His thoroughness in his research easily saved us $20-30k as we would’ve bid higher. All through my experience, I felt as if I was speaking with a friend than a realtor. He is extremely approachable and makes you feel comfortable at all times. I can’t recommend Aaron enough. I know that I am going to work with him in a heartbeat when we decide to buy our next home."
