"Aason was the consummate professional, very understanding, and constantly looking out for our best interests throughout the home buying process. My wife and I were moving from San Francisco to Los Angeles, but we were unsure what neighborhood would suit us best. We first evaluated Pasadena and San Marino, and Aason was incredibly easy in working around our busy travel schedules for weekend house tours (flying in from SF and out of country) and doing a lot of leg work to save us time. Aason knew every detail about every block, not just the basics on school, retail, and safety, but also the rich history and personalities of the residents. This was invaluable to differentiate specific blocks! Unfortunately, given we didn't know the LA area well, we couldn't decide immediately on a house and ended up renting upon moving to LA while we continued our search. About Aason
My passion for real estate was sparked in 1993 not long after I graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder. My soon-to-be in-laws were moving from Chicago to Colorado and I tagged along for the house tours. The whole process fascinated me and I immediately knew that I was destined for a career in real estate. I gained critical knowledge in my early years as a licensed assistant for the Broker/Owner of a well-respected and busy boutique firm in Denver.

My greatest qualities were instilled early on and I learned how to be reliable, efficient and responsible while using my intuition and competitive nature to propel me in the business world at a young age. I have been an avid sports fan for as long as I can remember. I believe in competing to win and having respect for the game, values that I take into my real estate career.

My nature is to become engaged with each and every client and develop a relationship that has my complete dedication throughout every transaction and beyond. I truly care for my clients as if they were family and I want to achieve the least stressful and most fruitful results in every experience.

My approach to every deal requires full immersion of my talents, sense of humor and long term experience to ensure complete satisfaction for my clients.
