"It would be hard to communicate all of the challenges and complications involved in the two house property we decided to sell much sooner than expected. A 1910 Craftsman style home and a carriage house which had been converted into a small two bedroom. We had to dispose of a huge amount of decades collected, have significant cosmetic remediation and coordinate all of that in complicated circumstances. Abby was able to help us coordinate this undertaking with resources she's assembled which cost far less than any others we'd gotten quotes from.
