Abi Filson

Hi, my name is Abi Filson, a born-and-raised Mansfield native who now calls Granbury home. I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding communities. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2024 and hit the ground running, closing more than half a million dollars in real estate before I turned 21. Being a younger agent is something I’ve learned to embrace as one of my greatest strengths. I bring a fresh perspective, a strong understanding of social media and modern marketing, and, most importantly, the drive to work hard for the people who trust me with such an important part of their lives. I love working with all types of clients, but helping first-time homebuyers, veterans, and families has been especially meaningful to me. One of my proudest moments in real estate was getting to help my own sister and her family purchase their first home—a full-circle reminder of exactly why I chose this career.

At the heart of my business is a genuine love for helping others. To me, my clients are never just another transaction or a name on a contract. I want you to feel heard, supported, educated, and confident throughout the entire process, and I hope the relationship we build continues long after we leave the closing table. My faith is a cornerstone of both my life and my career, guiding me to serve others with integrity, compassion, and gratitude. Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our French Bulldog, Sophia, and I’m always finding a new creative project to work on—especially scrapbooking or sewing.
