A native of Pacific Palisades, Abigail Latta is proud to be a tried and true Angeleno. A dedicated member of the Compass Calabasas office and a passionate fan of her home city, Abigail enjoys guiding her clients through L.A.’s diverse westside neighborhoods. Her personal knowledge paired with her in-depth awareness of the city’s various markets equips Abigail to be a formidable advocate and trustworthy resource for her clients. Abigail’s expertise spans from the Pacific Palisades to Brentwood, and from Santa Monica to Hollywood Hills. In addition to having a keen understanding of the unique needs of each buyer and seller, Abigail takes a thoughtfully tailored approach to each client relationship and trains her eye for identifying interesting architectural and design elements in every property. Abigail first applied her natural affinity for human connection toward a nursing career. Since graduating from a private nursing school, American Career College, Abigail has utilized her natural compassion and astute problem-solving skills in the real estate realm, where both talents are fundamental to building a successful business and long-lasting client relationships. Abigail is known for her clear, consistent communication, transparency, and integrity. In her spare time, Abigail is an active volunteer for Harvest Home, an organization that provides housing and support programs for homeless pregnant women and their children. Abigail also enjoys staying active with a range of outdoor activities as well as brunching with friends, exploring local art galleries, and hosting lively game nights.
