Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Adam worked to improve the literacy and math skills of students in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, as a middle school special education teacher with Teach for America. Following his two years in the classroom, Adam accepted a position with Deloitte Consulting as a Business Analyst where one of his proudest accomplishments involved partnering with the White House to launch the national nonprofit; the My Brother’s Keeper Alliance.
