Originally from Tolland, Connecticut, Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Connecticut. Following graduation, he honed his leadership skills by managing retail operations across the Northeast, while simultaneously gaining valuable experience through personal real estate investments.
After relocating to Nashville, Adam worked in Finance at Amazon, where he specialized in real estate capital expenditure analysis, ensuring project feasibility and optimal payback periods through comprehensive financial modeling. His analytical background provides clients with a data-driven approach to evaluating real estate opportunities, from residential purchases to investment properties.
