Adam Bursztein combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a career’s worth of real estate experience and a lifetime of local knowledge to serve clients through Compass in South Florida. A native to North Miami Beach and current Davie resident, Adam and his business partner, Perla Bursztein, co-founded in 2002 and operated Perla International Realty, closing tens of millions in sales. Affiliated with Compass, Adam has launched a new brand, the Equity Advisor Team. Adam is committed to always bringing his practice to the next level, utilizing best-in-class technology and marketing resources, along with a focus on people and service, to create your ideal outcome.

As a real estate advisor, Adam’s proficiencies include a natural eye for design, tech savvy, aptitude as an investor, and skills learned as a project manager running construction job sites. Working with both residential and commercial clients, Adam calls on his extensive understanding of area communities to recommend a lifestyle fit commensurate with your goals. As an active business-owner with franchisee interests outside of real estate, Adam knows first-hand all that goes into site selection, lease negotiation, business operations, and more. Adam identifies as a true entrepreneur. He’s living his highest and best purpose when he’s helping people and creating solutions. A proud family man, Adam spends his free time with his wife and their two children. His passions include boating, jet skiing, biking, fishing, golf, and nearly any outdoor activity. A graduate of Florida State University in business administration, Adam is a certified REALTOR and Pricing Strategy Advisor.
