Adam Fischel

Adam is a dedicated client advocate whose staunch work ethic, persistence, and responsiveness make him a key member of Young Team Advisory at Compass. Adam is above all diligent, and he thinks fast on his feet. 

Adam’s focus and intention is to consistently deliver the highest caliber service and market analysis to every client he serves. Distinguished by the strong partnerships he forms with clients and service providers alike, Adam has deep experience in rental and sale transactions–both residential and commercial. With a sharp eye for value–he has successfully served first-time buyers, investors and experienced sellers alike–local, domestic and international. 

A Brooklyn native and longtime New Yorker, Adam attended the Pre-College Division of Juilliard, Berklee College of Music, and holds a BA from Rutgers University. As a professional musician and drummer, he performed with over 30 major symphonies, touring the world extensively. He also had the honor of performing on PBS, in the Good Morning America Concert Series with the original cast of Jersey Boys, and he toured with pop stars Debbie Gibson and Tiffany, as part of “Journey through the 80’s". Adam lives in Midtown West, and is a devoted single dad.

In 2022, Young Team Advisory was ranked in the top 3% of national small teams by 2021 sales volume in "Real Trends: America's Best Real Estate Professionals". Other achievements include $51.2 million in 2022 transactions, and the highest price per square foot achieved for Upper West Side new development in 2018. Young Team Advisory was also ranked #13 in the country by Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends 2015 for Team Average Sales Price.
