Adam Gurewicz

As a native South Floridian with a passion for real estate, Adam Gurewicz has a lot of optimism for the region and community he calls home. From Palm Beach to Miami, he serves the Tri-County area and finds that his career has given him the opportunity to grow his wide network while nurturing the relationships he develops. Adam works closely with clients to bring them into a new home or investment in a South Florida market where commerce is exponentially growing, and the tax environment, tropical lifestyle, and cultural diversity are attractions to many.

Adam’s experience in real estate started early in his life as he cultivated an interest in development and design through a family business that regularly leased and acquired buildings. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University serving as Vice President of External Affairs for the Real Estate Society. He has since continued to work in the field of property management, leasing, development sales, and primarily in residential sales. With a genuine care for his clients in helping them achieve their goals, Adam takes a consultative approach to his profession. His knowledge of the market and zest for his career give him the ability to help clients find the right lifestyle match for their desires.

Through his community involvement and networking, Adam has positioned himself in the centers of influence in his industry and community. He is an active member of community organizations such as the Jewish Federation of Broward County and the Urban Land Institute. As a professional who understands that his business is a 24/7 job, Adam dedicates himself to his clients and career with a serious, strategic approach. He is focused closely on residential real estate from Broward to Palm Beach.

On the rare occasions when Adam is not networking or tirelessly working to support his clients, he enjoys live music, local art and entertainment, eclectic food venues, going to the beach, being on the water, enjoying a good book, or dedicating himself to his many philanthropic efforts. Adam’s curiosity, varied interests, and thirst for knowledge help him to stay on top of emerging trends in the area he calls home. Originally from Coral Springs, Adam now resides in downtown Ft. Lauderdale.
