Real estate has been my life's work since 1997, the year I graduated from Barton College and joined my parents, Ron and Cindy Henson, in building our family real estate business right here in Raleigh.

Twenty-nine years later, I'm still doing what I love in the town I call home. Along the way I've earned some meaningful industry awards, but the honor I value most is the trust of my clients and referral partners — many of whom have become the best relationships of my career. Helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives isn't just a transaction to me; it's personal, and it always will be.

Family is at the heart of it all. I'm blessed with a beautiful wife, Michelle Henson, and two sons who may just follow in my footsteps and carry this family business into its next generation.

My days start early with a sunrise workout alongside my F3 group — faith, fellowship, and fitness, in that order. It's a great way to set the tone before the workday begins.
