"Timothy and Adam are a great team. I just bought my first house and I cannot be more happy that I went through them. The whole process was very seamless. They really care about you as their own family and put your interests and needs above anything else. Being a first time house owner and coming from different country, it was hard for me to understand a lot of different things that can go into buying a house, be it picking the location, picking the house, going through various phases of construction (if new build) or selecting a lender. I was guided through every step of the way and never felt lost in any stage. They are very communicative and willing to go extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Details about my journey: My house buying journey was really unique, that it had a few road blocks which otherwise were not so common. But because of Timothy and Adam, I never felt stressed and they took care of all of the issues. I bought a new house and placed the offer when the interest rates were lower. The builders eventually take an year to hand me the house after the construction. During this time, the market got worse and the rates went high. By the time I reached out to Timothy about if we need to do anything, he already started negotiating with the builder to get some kind of discount to make it easier for me. He was able to secure a huge discount eventually and I never had the need to worry about the market. During the construction of the house, due to a mistake from the builder group wrong features were installed in the house. Since then, Timothy had been in constant touch with the sales rep and builder to make sure the correct things were reinstalled and closing was not delayed. He went to multiple inspections in the house to make sure everything was on track. All the above issues doesn't necessarily need to be addressed by Timothy and Adam but they proactively worked on them so as to make my life easier.
