I have been buying, selling, renovating, and negotiating real estate, starting with an investment
focus, full-time since 2015 as well as helping clients do the same. The reason for mentioning the renovation/investment experience is because it requires a detailed knowledge of all
aspects of real estate including construction, project management, property values in the
current marketplace as well their future value, how much trade items cost to fix or replace, and all
processes related to negotiating, buying and selling. We use that knowledge to better serve our clients even if they are not interested in renovating because we know these houses down to their literal bones.
My wife and I are a full-time Realtor team and we simply want to bring a fresh, down-to-earth approach to realty by leveraging our experience to
help others achieve their housing goals in the great Twin Cities. At the end of the day, we are here to help you make the
most informed decision with ALL the details that go into buying or selling a home.
Brit grew up in the Twin Cities and we currently live in Minnetonka and recently completed our own
"Scandinavian farmhouse" renovation. Outside of real estate, you
can find us hanging out with our two kids and exploring the vast Twin Cities
restaurant scene! Current favorites: Colita, Parlour Bar, Josefina, Sanjusan, and Sushi Fix.
