I have been buying, selling, renovating, and negotiating real estate, starting with an investment focus, full-time since 2015. An investment background requires detailed knowledge of all aspects of real estate including construction and project management, property values in the current marketplace, return on investment, how much trade items cost to fix or replace, and all processes related to negotiating, buying and selling. 

I simply want to bring a fresh, down-to-earth approach to realty by leveraging my experience to help others achieve their housing goals. At the end of the day, I am here to help you make the most informed decision.

Brit (wife & business partner) and I live in Minnetonka and recently completed our own
