Adam Vellano

Adam Vellano is the Managing Director and Principal Broker in Florida at Compass, bringing over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker. Before joining Compass, Adam served as the West Coast Sales Manager at BEX Realty and was the Broker and Owner of Vellano Realty Group, which operated offices in Manalapan and Juno Beach. Adam’s extensive real estate expertise, leadership abilities, and commitment to strong core values have made him a leader in developing new markets and driving team success.

As a Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and a member of the Florida REALTORS Faculty, Adam provides comprehensive training on topics such as lead conversion, technology, social media, farming, and contract negotiation. He has held key leadership roles with the Naples Board of REALTORS (NABOR), including serving as Vice President and Secretary from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, he was a founding member of the Water Quality Task Force and the NABOR Helps Task Force. Adam has chaired numerous committees, including the MLS, Realtor Safety Task Force, Technology Task Force, Leadership Academy, and the 2017 Tech Talk.

At the state level, Adam has contributed to various Florida REALTORS committees, serving as Vice-Chair of the Curriculum Subcommittee and participating in the Professional Development, Land Use, and Faculty committees. His contributions have been recognized with several honors, including the 2019 Educator Volunteer of the Year by Florida REALTORS, the 2020 Educator of the Year by NABOR, and the 2021 President’s Award from NABOR.
