Addison Colvin

Addison brings a people-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and a creative approach to real
estate. As a former collegiate cheerleader for University of Tennessee and a Nashville local, he
values connection, communication, and building lasting relationships while helping buyers
navigate the home buying process with confidence and clarity.

Before transitioning into real estate, Addison built his professional background in the interior
design industry as a Brand Manager, where he worked closely with designers and creatives to
help bring brands and spaces to life. Through that experience, he developed a keen eye for
design, an appreciation for thoughtful details, and a strong understanding of what makes a
home feel unique and memorable. His background in marketing, paired with his creative
experience in photography and videography for the interior design and hospitality industries,
allows him to bring a modern, visually driven perspective to real estate.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Addison combines creativity, organization, and
relationship-building skills to provide thoughtful, personalized service to every client he works
with. As he begins his career in real estate, he is committed to creating a seamless experience
while helping clients feel confident and informed throughout every step of their journey.

Outside of work, Addison enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee shops around
Nashville, spending quality time with friends and family, and playing with his dog, Scout.
