Over the years, Addison has developed hands-on experience in property management, market analysis, and design strategy. Before real estate, Addison played a key role in growing and a fast-paced startup and oversaw a team of ten, where she sharpened her skills in operations, leadership, and client experience—tools she now uses to navigate transactions smoothly and support her clients with focus and care. Outside of real estate, Addison can be found cooking at home with her fiancé, exploring New York City's ever-evolving restaurant scene, taking Hudson River walks with her Golden Retriever, and spending time with family.
