    Addy is a Northern Baltimore County native through and through. Her connection to the local landscape is generational; her grandfather was a prominent developer who was instrumental in shaping the Hereford Zone as it is known today. Growing up on a family farm, Addy learned early on that real estate is about more than just land—it’s about legacy, hard work, and deep roots.

    This heritage is paired with a sharp, modern professional edge. A graduate of Stevenson University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Addy brings an investigative precision and high ethical standard to every deal. With a background in property management and sourcing off-market land deals, she offers her clients a tactical advantage by uncovering opportunities that aren't yet available to the general public.

    When she isn’t busy advocating for her clients, you can find her leaning into the simple joys of Maryland country life. She is an avid gardener, a lover of antiques, and finds her balance through yoga and a great book. Much like the properties she represents, she appreciates things with history, character, and a story to tell.
