Before real estate, Adria honed her exceptional interpersonal and communications skills as a professional recruiter.  It's a profession she credits formed her elite problem-solving skills, negotiations prowess, discretion and flair for helping those relocating both stateside and Internationally.

Inspired by her grandmother, a successful realtor in her own right, Adria entered the profession yearning to wield her considerable talents for buyers and sellers, from first-timers to those in Houston's luxury sector.  Clients remark on her ability to deliver a caring, patient approach coupled with a whole lot of determination and hustle.

Adria is a consistent top producer, and her roster of additional coursework in the field is a testament to her devotion to the craft.  She's a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Institute for Luxury Home Marketing certified.

Adria resides in the Memorial Park area, where she loves the natural beauty and serenity of the park, surrounded by the convenience of big city living.  She's deeply involved in the Houston community through her work with numerous nonprofits and local organizations, including Bo's Place, Nora's Home, the Wildlife Center, the Landing, and the Crestwood Garden Club.  In her free time, Adria can be found gardening, helping neighbors, and spending time with friends, family and her two beloved rescue dogs.  As a lover of nature and adventure, she adores travel, has lived Internationally and looks forward to growing her already over-one-million-miles airline status continuing to explore more amazing destinations.
