Grace has been active in real estate since, 1976. She is a specialist in real estate listings and sales, new construction, condominium conversions, resort developments, and condominium hotels. Grace has been a licensed Realtor® in eight different states over the years and has been a member of many Boards of Realtors®. She has worked for decades in both real estate project and brokerage divisions as a top producer. As a Realtor®, Grace has worked in many capacities in the real estate industry including Sales Manager, Marketing Director, and Broker Associate.

Grace has personally owned several properties over the years in various states and markets as primary residences and/or investments. She is able to assist with first time ownership, investments, tenant/resident conversions, rentals, short sales, foreclosures, as well as 1031 Exchanges.
