Born and raised in Massachusetts, Adriana has spent her entire professional life working throughout the state. Adriana is active in community leadership. She serves on multiple boards, including President of the Board for the Boys & Girls Club of Lynn  and has earned recognition across Massachusetts and Greater Boston. She was most recently honored as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Leaders by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce
