Alex entered the brokerage world in 2004 joining startup aptsandlofts, a trailblazer Brooklyn-based real estate marketing. Never looking back, Alex grew alongside the organization which became one of the top brokerages city-wide New Development rentals and sales. Alex has served as a project manager many new development condominiums, including 149 Huron Street, 118 Greenpoint Avenue, 875 Saint Mark's Avenue, 156 Broadway, 53 Java Street, 538 Union Avenue, 303-309 Cooper Street, 267-269 Kingsland Avenue, 303-309 Cooper Street, 443 Bainbridge Street, 447-449 Decatur Street, 675 Lafayette Avenue and 583 Franklin Avenue.
With a strong background in Finance from over ten years of working at the CME / CBOT futures market, he understands the importance of time sensitive transactions while still having a client-first attitude. David has continually been able to focus on transactions while delivering quality customer service.
David grew up in Chicago and has been in New York since 2010, living in both Manhattan and Brooklyn with his dog Sophie. Regardless of the season, Dave can be found hiking upstate or playing basketball at one of the many great parks around the city or expanding his culinary skills. Fluent in Russian and loves the New York Real Estate Market.

Her success in real estate stems from her business experience managing a multi-million dollar distribution company. She learned the importance not just managing the sale, but to be in touch with the consumer’s needs.
Jennifer joins Compass with more than 18 years of New York City real estate experience. Her extensive career within the industry has led her to hold a variety of positions with a focus on new development sales and marketing, market analysis, property showcasing and a curated eye for design.
With a decade-long tenure with a prominent real estate developer, Jennifer directed residential sales, leasing, marketing and design initiatives for the firm. As a sponsor’s representative she managed, renovated, negotiated, and sold hundreds of co-op and condominium apartments. She credits her ability to work through deals effectively, having represented both sides of the transaction.
Jennifer engages her passion for real estate with a hands-on, client first philosophy. She applies a holistic approach in understanding her clients’ personal and financial objectives. As both a homeowner and real estate investor, Jennifer offers first-hand knowledge and industry expertise to those who work with her.
