About Aga

Aga is really excited to be a part of the VIP Compass Hoboken Team!

She graduated with a master's degree in marketing and management in Poland and held various leadership positions over the past 16 years in New York City. Aga's passion for real estate developed while working as a property manager in Manhattan. Three years ago, she became a homeowner in the beautiful, waterfront part of New Jersey. She understands how stressful the process of finding the perfect home can be, especially to first-time buyers. Aga's focus is on her client's care and their needs whether they are buying, selling, renting a home, or planning to invest in real estate.

Aga is looking forward to assisting her clients! She is bilingual in English and Polish and is ready to help you find your dream home.

This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure Aga gets all the compliments that she deserves from my husband and I. Aga did an awesome job helping us to find a house with all the specificities that we were looking for! She was always positive, proactive and on top of everything. Aga proved to be a committed real estate professional when she did not give up or slowed down our search even after we visited so many houses and had trouble finding landlords willing to accept our sweet medium sized dog living with us. I was a first time homebuyer during the hot 2021 seller's market. Before meeting Aga I had used several agents who were decent, but left me wanting in terms of knowledge, proactiveness and general utility - most seemed to simply go through the motions, sending you automated filtered listings and leaving you to do all the legwork in finding properties.
Aga isn't that. What set her apart from the others included: - Learns quickly and takes the time and effort to personally (not through automated filters) send potential properties that best fit your criteria. Automated filters have their limitations. Aga has that extra "sixth sense" for this - especially in my context, as I myself wasn't even certain of location, single- vs. multi-family, or new construction vs. fixer-upper.
- Saintly patience - despite my own uncertainties (see above) and many, many showings, her patience, helpfulness, and enthusiasm never waned.
- The right balance of firm advice yet never "pushy".
- Near immediate responsiveness, even at questionable hours.
- Always follows through - if there was a question she needed to look into, she timely followed up without having to be be chased.
- She was there for every step of the process, from initial showing, through closing, questions about taxes and utilities, repairs, mortgage, rents...you get the picture. After the purchase I also used Aga for renting the other unit - needless to say she also delivered.
All in all, you can tell she honestly puts what's best for you first and foremost, and she has a motor and drive that's rare in any profession (I've worked many years as a corporate lawyer). Add to that her experience, knowledge and instinct - Aga is one of the best out there.
