About Agnes
Agnes Appel specializes in luxury residential properties throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and the surrounding areas. She is well-versed in exclusive waterfront properties, gated communities, and everything in between. Her extensive 10+ years of Real Estate experience includes time spent selling new construction homes for the country’s largest developer, as well as negotiating hundreds of contracts for the country’s largest property manager. Her combined experiences and meticulous approach enable Agnes to meet the needs of the most discerning buyers, sellers, and investors. Agnes prides herself on making her clients feel cared for and confident about their decisions. Agnes’s clients attest to her market knowledge, strong communication skills, and negotiating tact.
Agnes, college educated in Connecticut, spent the majority of her adult life in the New York metropolitan area. Throughout the years, Agnes has helped many clients relocate from New York/Connecticut to South Florida. Eventually, Agnes also headed south, now residing in Boca Raton, Florida, where she continues to help her clients with their real estate needs.


Outside of work, Agnes is involved in many philanthropic endeavors as both a participant as well as an organizer, including: She Builds, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, USTA Foundation, and Finance Cup. Her hobbies include yoga, advanced pilates, and cheering for her husband, Jeffrey Appel in his tennis competitions and endeavors.
