 ALL Members of the A-TEAM OAHU have the following minimum qualifications: Yvonne Jaramillo Ahearn | Amy Conley |  Ana Kuna  | Barbara Baehler

• We all have 10 years minimum experience working as full-time REALTORS® on Oahu. Our combined experience is more than 70 years.

• We have all lived as full-time residents on Oahu for more than 15 years.

• Most of us are fully-licensed real estate BROKERS (RB), having progressed in both experience and education beyond SALESPERSON (RS or RA), and passed an advanced licensing exam.

• We have earned various advanced REALTOR® designations (e.g., ABR, CRS, GRI, MRP, etc.), showing dedication to education and professional excellence.

• Most of us are experienced Military Relocation Professionals (MRP), and have personally relocated from mainland and international locations to Hawaii, giving them a greater understanding of needs of relocating clients. Team Lead, Yvonne Ahearn is the Hawaii Regional Director for the COMPASS Military Division.

• We are all multi-year Winners or Nominees of the Aloha ‘Aina Award for REALTOR® Excellence in client service and ethics.

• We are all neighborhood experts in areas across Oahu, including Lanikai and Kailua (where we reside), Kaneohe, Honolulu (including popular areas of Kaimuki, Kahala, Hawaii Loa Ridge, Manoa, Waikiki, and Hawaii Kai and others), the Central, West & Leeward areas of Oahu (e.g. Ewa Beach, Mililani, Makakilo & Kapolei), and the North Shore.

• We sell and have proven expertise at all price points: from multi-million dollar luxury estates, to studio condominiums, in beach as well as mountainous suburban and country locations, and urban Honolulu areas

• We are all independently producing agents with our own client bases, bringing more varied exposure to your listings

• We work together to ensure clients always have support and coverage, during weekends, evenings, and other times, while still remaining responsive and available to provide personal service to our clients.

• We regularly collaborate and brainstorm, to provide clients with a comprehensive and extensive body of real estate knowledge
