Ahmad Hassan has been passionate about real estate since a very young age. Growing up in NYC, his father was a multifamily property owner who showed him the ropes and inspired his career. Ahmad got his real estate license in Florida once his family moved south, and has become an expert in the field, growing his knowledge and focusing on the real estate investment aspect since 2014. He holds licenses in both Florida and New York, and has been consistently ranked in the top tier of agents, most recently at another prominent brokerage firm in Central Florida. .

Ahmad is armed with comprehensive real estate expertise, specializing in luxury homes and investment properties, renovating/flipping properties, new development, land development and rezoning, off-market purchases, and multifamily investments. Born in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and raised in Queens, NY, Ahmad graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Before that he learned the art of hard work as a teenager delivering baked goods with his uncle overnight in Manhattan, cutting hair from his garage at 17, then establishing and running his own barbershop..
