We have executed 5 transactions with her over the last few years (3 sales / 2 purchases) and we have been consistently impressed with her attention to detail and knowledge of real estate. We have encountered many less than professional agents over the years, and we know what the "right thing" to do is. " I don't think there is a way to properly recommend Aimee highly enough. I don't know how I could have purchased my homes (and stayed sane) without her. She has helped me navigate the real estate market three times now. With her help I was able to purchase a condo in San Mateo (which I LOVED). I recently sold my condo with Aimee. She was able to sell my condo very quickly (nine days) and get almost double what I paid for it (what? YES!). She does things mindfully, and with great attention to detail. There is nothing that Aimee misses; she is ON it. She provided me with updated calendars as to what to expect, what to plan for, what my part was, what she would take care of, everything! I wanted to sell my condo, rent it back for two months and then buy a house within that two month period. Aimee was able to make all this happen - with a lean budget on my end. AND she stayed well below this budget! She is unbelievable.    What also stands out in my mind is how the home buying/selling process is such a doozy of stress and anxiety. It can bring out the worst in people - but Aimee has such a good read on people that she has a way of alleviating people's fears, and stress. My husband and I were on pins and needles when purchasing our house. Aimee was able to calm us down, and show us a realistic picture. She worked her butt off for us. She was with us every step of the way to answer every question, no matter how stupid. She even talked us through some tough decisions during the late hours of the night! She makes herself available, she is incredibly prepared, very honest, and she KNOWS what's going on with people and the real estate market. It is a true pleasure working with Aimee. " Aimee was truly the best Realtor we could have ever hoped to get, she absolutely rocks! We sold our house in the east bay and were looking to buy a house on the peninsula. She spent time walking through our last house and listening to us to truly get a sense of what we were looking for. She then took us around all the neighborhoods in the four cities we had shortlisted, shared pros & cons as well as had mapped out the schools for each neighborhood. She further advised us on what our budget would get us in each of these neighborhoods. We really liked Hillsborough but were open to Belmont, San Carlos and Burlingame. Aimee continuously updated us on the houses on the market and what might/ might not work for us. She was proactive and always gave us rock solid advice. There was this one house which saw during an estate sale. This house was not listed on the market. Aimee proactively called the estate sale company, got the name of the owners and realtor. She then sent them a card as well as chatted with the realtor of the possibility of an off-market deal. Unfortunately, that did not work out. She soon found us another off-market house which was just perfect for us. Everything in the house was exactly what we had asked for. She was able to get us in contract way before the others even started to inquire about the house. She guided us throughout the entire contracting process and gave us good advice. " Aimee is hands down the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. My wife and I found Aimee through Yelp when we were still on the East Coast but we knew we wanted to buy a house when we moved to the Bay Area. Even though we were across the country, she was still able to provide us with so much helpful information in anticipation of our move, including talking through all the various neighborhoods with us over the phone, sending us data on each neighborhood, and even going above and beyond her job as a realtor to provide us with contacts for cross-country moving, storage, and short term rentals for when we first arrived.   Once we moved to the Bay Area, Aimee spent so much time with us introducing us to various neighborhoods, going to open houses together, and reviewing disclosures & contracts with us. A 5th generation Burlingame native, Aimee Snodgrass Klarich knows a thing or two about community connections. Fascinated by the area’s nuanced architecture and history, Aimee grew up captivated by Burlingame and Hillsborough’s historic homes (Caroland and Kohl Mansion, anyone?!) It’s an obsession that has never faded- Not in four years at UC Davis, nor during a seven-year stint working with the likes of Levi’s and The Gap. Her love of her hometown and desire to help people propelled her to earn her real estate license in 2006. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Fast forward 16 years, and Aimee still operates with the same inherent passion she had the day she started.
