"Aki is the kind of realtor who really knows how to get the job done. Our transaction was long, complicated and difficult. Aki was strategic, always professional and simply amazing with the resources she was able to provide.Aki is strong, steady, highly ethical and kind and patient all at the same time. I wholeheartedly recommend Aki and I am absolutely grateful that we were able to work with her on the sale of our San Ramon home."

"Aki Lewis helped us this summer successfully navigate a complex 1031 Exchange of investment properties. As part of this Exchange, Aki helped us sell 3 different properties and use the proceeds to purchase another investment property. To comply with the 1031 rules, we had to close all buy/sell transactions within a fairly narrow time window. Aki was heavily involved in all aspects of the selling process. She advised on upgrades & repairs, market positioning, timing, pricing etc. She vetted the prospective buyers and managed the counter-offers & negotiations. Once we accepted each offer and signed the contract, Aki helped guide the process along to ensure timely closings. We ended up having multiple offers on each property and ended up selling all three quickly and well above asking price.
I would highly recommend Aki's services to anybody who wants to sell their Home hassle-free and for a great price."
