Originally from Rhode Island, Al Pratte began his real estate journey as an investor before earning his license in 2003. What began as a personal passion for real estate gradually evolved into a full-time career built on service, strategy, and trust.

With more than two decades of experience, Al has built a reputation as an agent who understands seniors, bringing specialized knowledge and genuine compassion to one of life's most significant transitions. He works closely with senior clients and their families to navigate the emotional and logistical complexities of buying or selling a home, ensuring every step of the process feels informed, supported, and stress-free. His expertise in this space led him to found the Seniors Agent Institute, where he shares the frameworks and resources he's developed over two decades to help real estate professionals nationwide better serve senior clients and their families.

After relocating to Georgia in 2020, he quickly established himself as a top-performing professional in the North Metro Atlanta market. His success was recognized with his first Georgia brokerage, where he earned the Honor Society Award in 2022, followed by the Leading Edge Society Award in 2024, placing him among the top 9% of company agents worldwide, a testament to his adaptability, results, and commitment to excellence in a new market.

Now with Compass, Al brings his strategic marketing expertise, advanced negotiation skills, and a foundation of trust, honesty, and respect to every transaction, whether guiding first-time buyers, working with seniors and their families, marketing luxury homes, or helping sellers achieve the highest possible return on their investment. When he's not assisting clients, Al enjoys traveling with his wife, Becky, fitness activities, home improvement projects, and playing bocce with friends. Together, they are proud 2023 Atlanta State Champions. Their two pugs, Maverick and Goose, are never far from the action.
