Alan’s 35 years of extensive & intensive Real Estate, Construction & Business experience have made him an Icon among his peers and a wealth of knowledge for his Luxury, Residential and Commercial real estate customers.

Alan has a marketing & fine arts degree from Hofstra University where he was an award-winning Editor of the Yearbook for graphic arts, layout & design. His passion was to become a creative director at a Manhattan Advertising Agency.

He landed a job at Ally Gargano Advertising in the summer of 1988 and met the Creative Director who paid for him to take classes at The School of Visual Arts.

That career path was cut short when he was asked to work in his family’s aluminum & glass business. At a major fork in the road of life, Alan put family first.

Closure Company was a Multi Million Dollar company specializing in estimating, fabricating, project managing and installing in and around Boston, MA. The company completed a lot of Major Projects for national and local construction companies such as Turner, Whiting Turner, Gilbane and others. Notable projects include the Custom Brass Clad Gucci Prudential store, Barney’s Copley & The Hanscom Air Traffic Control Tower along with many others.
