About Alan
Alan brings a unique perspective to his work as a real estate broker. One could say he has real estate in his blood.

His family has been in the business for decades in Venezuela and South Florida developing waterfront luxury homes. Alan himself has invested in luxury properties throughout the region gaining an unmatched and deep understanding of the market in the process. His passion for building daily informs his work as a broker and gives him insight few have about the true value of properties.

At a young 31 years of age Alan has already had a big impact on the South Florida real estate market despite being a broker for a scant six years. He has sold more than $150 million worth of high end properties, setting sales and value records in several cities.

At the heart of his success are his marketing and presentation strategy. He uses cutting edge and top-of-the-line photography and video to get the word out about his clients’ properties. Technology is a key tool, both on the sell and buy-side, for Alan as well.

Real estate is people’s most important asset, and helping clients find just the right roof to put over the heads is what gets Alan most excited about his work.
