Alan is the Senior Manager of the Compass Pasadena, bringing over a decade of hands-on real estate experience and a uniquely people-driven approach to agent support and leadership.
Over the past 10 years, Alan has held a range of roles that have shaped his deep understanding of the industry from Executive Assistant and Listing Coordinator to Licensed Real Estate Agent and Senior Agent Experience Manager. He spent his foundational years in real estate learning from a top-producing team in Los Angeles, gaining valuable insight into high-volume production, client service, and team operations.
In 2018, Alan joined Compass as an Agent Experience Manager (formerly Agent Operations Associate), where he quickly became known for his dedication to agent success. His mission was simple but impactful: to help agents operate more efficiently so they could spend less time in the weeds and more time growing their business or simply enjoying more time with their families, friends, and personal passions.
As Sales Manager, Alan continues to be a trusted resource and advocate for agents. He combines operational expertise with a strong belief in empathy, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving. His ability to understand agents’ needs and coach them through business challenges has earned him a reputation for being both approachable and results-driven.
Outside of real estate, Alan has also pursued a successful career as a professional dancer. Balancing two demanding industries has shaped his core values of humility, discipline, integrity, and continuous personal growth.
