Alan has the honor to say that he is a seasoned 18+ year, licensed full-time Realtor® in California. His passion is housing with his Architecture design experience of seven-plus years in the design world. Alan has serviced many happy parties and families since he was licensed back in 2007. His mission in real estate is to produce favorable results for his clients and build long-term relationships. Throughout the years he has had the pleasure of representing clients on both sides of a transaction and many types of sales including, probate, trust, equity, short sales, foreclosures - through all types of challenging markets in Southern California .
