She drastically diminished the very extreme stress of moving and buying a home, and she made the buying process seem so simple (she did basically all of the work and provided simple instructions for what I needed to do). We were initially looking to rent a home, but she broke down how much better it would be to buy one; and I am so glad and grateful she talked us into buying. She found the exact home we were looking for in the best area possible. We went from looking at the house to closing and moving in in an amazingly short 3 weeks. In these 3 short weeks, we were able to see that she is not only an incredible, professional person, but on a personal level; she is also an amazing, wonderful person, who genuinely wanted us to not only find the home we wanted; but to also be 100% satisfied at the end of the process - she was wrong though - we are 110++++% satisfied!!!! I hope to meet her mother and grandmother and tell them how wonderful she is; but they already know that...Alasha is an outstanding asset; Berkshire should be proud to have her, and I will absolutely refer anyone I know who needs a home in this area to her!
