A proud graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a former member of the women’s track and field team, Alaysha also holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University Shreveport. Her career has been anything but traditional — from inspiring young minds as an educator and head track coach to serving as a corporate recruiter at Lockheed Martin and Meta (Facebook). These diverse experiences sharpened her skills in communication, strategy, and relationship-building, all of which she now uses to deliver exceptional results as a full-time Realtor.
