About Albert
Albert Rossmeier, principal of the R&H Advisory, is an avid real estate agent with multiple years of residential sales and leasing experience in NYC.
He has a background in Urban Planning/Urban Design and Landscape Architecture and earned his PhD researching urban redevelopment in up-and-coming neighborhoods. His analytical thinking and broad understanding of urban transformation processes combined with his sales and leasing expertise are unique assets that benefit buyers, sellers and landlords alike.

In his off time, Albert enjoys going to gym, coffee brewing/tasting, cooking and going on walks and bike rides with his partner. "I particularly enjoy light-roast coffee from Sey (roasted in Brooklyn) and working out at Life Time on Atlantic Avenue in Prospect Heights. My work day is typically filled with showings, walkthroughs and inspections, emails and phone calls. What I enjoy about working in real estate is that I get to engage with so many different people. I'm an educator by nature and enjoy the process of helping clients understanding the market, the inventory and the timing that is needed to strike a good deal. I pride myself with the fact that my clients are making educated decisions."
