Alda Kapllani

Alda Kapllani is the newest member to join Compass after relocating to Philadelphia in September 2024. However, her connection to the city runs deep—she originally lived in Philadelphia 10 years ago while attending Drexel University before moving after graduation. Due to various job opportunities, she lived in Maryland, New York, and Texas, but ultimately came full circle back to Philly. For her, Philly feels like home—it’s where she built her life, formed lifelong friendships, and where her family resides.

Before transitioning into real estate, Alda spent the past decade working as a Chemical Engineer for major organizations and companies such as the U.S. Army Research Lab, Corning Inc., and Tesla. Her strong data-driven background, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on a global scale have equipped her with a unique skill set that translates seamlessly into real estate. While excelling in technical fields, she discovered her true passion for working with people and was consistently praised for her interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.

Known for her analytical mindset combined with a warm and approachable demeanor, Alda brings a fresh perspective to the real estate market. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives, ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way.

When she’s not working, you can find her in her cozy corner reading a book, painting, hiking high peaks, or catching up with family and friends.
