An L.A. native with an extremely strong network and communication skills, Alden Cusick has an expansive understanding of the Westside of Los Angeles real estate market. Alden was raised in Pacific Palisades, and has been a resident of the Westside area for over 19 years. Alden prides himself on providing his clients with a seamless real estate experience and a vast knowledge of market trends. In his appreciation for detail and understanding luxury investments, Alden has developed a fine understanding of the importance of these elements that he delivers to his clients on a regular basis.

Alden has ample experience in architectural design and single-family residential development. Much of his passion for design and architecture comes from his family business, an architectural design and build company, highly revered on the Westside of LA. From a young age, Alden worked for his family which contributed to his eye for real estate design. Alden’s passion, dedicated work-ethic and energy, brings a competitive edge to the real estate business and his clientele.

When he’s not working on behalf of his clients, Alden enjoys time spent with family and friends. An avid surfer, Alden would gladly spend all of his free time in the ocean whether he is stand up paddling, surfing, kayaking, or swimming. With surfing and a love for the ocean comes travel. A travel enthusiast and foodie at heart, he also enjoys camping, music, and yoga.
