Alec Dougherty brings a relationship-first approach to real estate, shaped by a decade of living across Florida and a professional background rooted in high-performance environments. Having called Tallahassee, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Orlando, Tampa, and St. Petersburg home, Alec offers clients firsthand insight into the distinct lifestyle and character of each community.

Alec earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sports Management from Florida State University. Before transitioning into real estate, he built his career in professional sports and apparel, working with organizations including Fanatics, the Seattle Seahawks, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball, the Tampa Bay Vipers, the Orlando Apollos, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. These roles sharpened his attention to detail, ability to perform under pressure, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Today, Alec channels that same dedication into guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions. He prides himself on clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and building lasting relationships that extend well beyond the closing table.

Outside of Real Estate, Alec enjoys staying active, exploring the newest trends, traveling, spending time at the beach, supporting Philadelphia sports teams, and embracing Florida’s year-round outdoor lifestyle. Above all, he is passionate about helping people and building meaningful, long-term relationships within the communities he serves.
