Alek Carrera

Alek Carrera is a founding member of Compass Beverly Hills and serves as Director of Luxury Estates and International Markets. He specializes in luxury residential real estate and select development opportunities across Southern California and key international markets. His experience includes transactions in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and the Hollywood Hills, representing buyers and sellers in both on- and off-market settings.

Today, he advises clients whose real estate decisions span multiple markets and require thoughtful coordination. In addition to his work in Los Angeles, Alek supports clients with real estate interests across the United States, Mexico, Europe, the Middle East, and the broader Americas, providing continuity and guidance when opportunities extend beyond a single geography.

He works on residential purchases and sales, as well as select development projects that call for discretion, careful positioning, and steady follow-through. His clients include professionals across business, entertainment, and private investment who value measured counsel and long-term perspective. Through Compass’s national platform and collaborative network, he supports clients locally while coordinating opportunities internationally when appropriate. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alek brings an international background and strong design awareness to each assignment.
