"Alesia really saved us last year. We were unexpectedly carrying two mortgages as our condo sat on the market for 5 months without a single offer using a different relator. Since she sold two other units in our building during that time, it was clear that we had to reach out to Alesia before we made our next decision. When I called her out of the blue, she was already familiar with our property. We talked for an hour. By our next meeting, she provided a gameplan with specific instructions and a timeline for what we needed to do to the property to sell it ahead of the holidays. To save time and money, she told us what we should and shouldn’t do ourselves. She either coordinated the updates herself or put us in contact with an affordable handyperson who could.
