About Alessandra
A native of Los Angeles, Alessandra Castrogiovanni grew up in Palos Verdes where her mother is established as a successful broker. Her father’s entrepreneurial spirit as a builder and developer also made a lasting impression.
Alessandra’s education has contributed to her global perspective and curated an eye for interior design, decor and architecture. She minored in Art at the prestigious L’Accademia di Belle Arti in Bologna, Italy before earning her B.A. in International Relations from Fordham University at Lincoln Center in New York, where she was chosen to be the Rapporteur for UNICEF at the United Nations. Well-traveled and well connected, she is fluent in Italian and enjoys working with a diverse, international clientele.
Alessandra has cultivated an effective skill set, combining her creative flair with a winning track record of dealmaking. From the start of her career at Creative Artists Agency, she negotiated over $100M in contracts for A-list artists, agents, attorneys and business managers worldwide. During her next venture at Universal Film, she produced 30 soundtracks to films, which won Oscars. She has also parlayed her producing experiences to help emerging philanthropic causes launch their humanitarian healthcare missions in Sub-Sahara Africa.
Her advanced negotiation skills, world-class connections, discretion with client representation, understanding of LA’s affluent markets, keen eye for creating compelling marketing campaigns, integrity and compassionate core, set her apart from the rest as a distinguished specialist and a trusted advisor. Her practice focuses on sellers and buyers of residential and investment properties, with an emphasis on trust sales. She works closely with attorneys, trust officers, business managers and CPA’s. She is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
In her spare time Alessandra enjoys cooking La Cucina Italiana for her family and friends, hiking Santa Monica mountains and sailing around our fabulous coast.
