Alex brings a rare blend of artistry and strategy to real estate. Born in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, he picked up photography as a teenager and by 16 was shooting with modeling agencies in NYC. While studying photography at the Fashion Institute of Technology, he joined Milk Studiosā retouching house, Velem, where he honed his eye for detail and learned how creative vision and technical precision come together at scale.
By his early twenties, Alex had launched his own post-production studio, while his photography appeared in outlets such as Harperās Bazaar and L'Officiel. He later produced global fashion campaigns at Art Partner, collaborating with leading fashion photographers, stylists, and brands. The experience taught him how to manage high-stakes productions, work under pressure, and deliver results at the highest level.
In 2018, Alex pivoted to real estate, starting in Brooklynās competitive market before expanding north with his business partner, Steven DiLorenzo. Together they founded The Upstate Untapped Team, now the Voyage Hudson Valley Team, opening a flagship office in Hudson, NY alongside Compass, with a mission to pair design-driven marketing with clear, strategic guidance for clients across the Hudson Valley.
For Alex, real estate is another creative mediumāan opportunity to tell stories through homes, elevate the experience of buying and selling, and guide clients with confidence and clarity.
