About Alex
Alex Brunkhorst is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she majored in Economics and graduated Cum Laude. Alex is consistently one of the top producing agents in Los Angeles, and she has been named to REAL Trends Inc.’s The Thousand list, which spotlights the top one-half of one percent of more than 1.25 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide and is created in partnership with The Wall Street Journal. Alex's career highlights include representing a European billionaire on a $16 million purchase of a Beverly Hills estate, a record-breaking $20 million sale in Malibu Colony, and many other deals in the $5 million plus range. Alex is known for her client-centric approach and works with clients in all price points.
Prior to real estate, Alex worked in corporate finance and in the television department at United Talent Agency. She prides herself on her honesty, discretion, work ethic, and knowledge of architecture and design.
A successful novelist, Alex has published two books, The Mating Season (St. Martin’s Press) and The Gilded Life of Matilda Duplaine (MIRA/HarperCollins), which have been translated into multiple languages worldwide. She was also the Founder of the popular real estate blog, Bungalux.
When not selling real estate or writing, Alex can be found playing beach tennis, skiing, or traveling.
