About Alex
Alex exemplifies what a driven, ambitious, diligent, hard-working person should be. He is very determined and goal-driven for his clients. His sales experience started early on at Foot Locker, while attending Miami-Dade College. He was a top-3 part-time sales associate in his district. It was healthy competition amongst his peers that motivated him to reach his goals. He then moved on to an outsourcing call center environment where he exceeded goals like conversion rates. His success early on would lead him to a promotion to Team Leader within his first 6 months.
Alex is originally from Miami Beach, Florida and he’ll proudly remind you if you forget by referring to his city by its original area code. He’s grateful for all the cultures and languages he’s been exposed to since he was a kid growing up in Miami. It has helped him relate and communicate well with just about everyone who he’s encountered in life. Alex is fluent in Spanish as his mom is from Peru and communicated mainly in Spanish at home.
Traveling, whether international or domestic, is like a hobby to Alex. He’s been to certain parts of South America and travelled up and down the East coast of the U.S. Up until 2024, Alex had lived in Pennsylvania for 10 years and had the chance to meet his wife there. As they started building a family, they made the choice to live where they vacationed at least once a year - Florida, Central Florida, in particular. Alex, and his family, now reside in Central Florida. He’s quickly grasped what relocating to the area really feels like and what’s needed. He’s confident he can pass on that knowledge and the rest of his real estate expertise to anyone else relocating.
