I'd only previously worked with real estate agents through referrals, so I was a bit skeptical getting connected with a "random" agent. Nope - I had no reason to be skeptical. Alex was fantastic - from our initial phone calls and FaceTimes right through post-closing. We worked closely to short-list places, and Alex gave some great nuanced insights into the different areas of Brooklyn, then when we visited to tour he did a good job of planning a tour of various shortlisted units to take the best advantage of our time. We were pretty torn between two units in two different parts of Brooklyn, but some advice Alex gave us (basically encouraging us to tour the neighborhood a bit more) led to us picking a unit which we are now extremely happy with. Post-closing, Alex has been extremely helpful with sorting out a few issues (it's a new construction so we needed some things fixing so he's been working with the sponsor to get stuff sorted). While attending the University of Pittsburgh, he secured internships over two summers with CBRE, a commercial real estate firm in midtown Manhattan. During that time, he fell in love with New York City, the energy on the streets, and the people who call the city home.
Upon graduation, Alex moved to New York City and began his career at CBRE, working closely with office tenants and proudly serving as a member of an incredible office-leasing team that successfully leased over five million square feet in the Hudson Yards development.
Alex later joined real estate technology startup Uppercase, a one-stop shop for helping e-commerce brands to both identify retail spaces and launch their brick-and-mortar locations from the ground up. He headed the U.S. operations, managing all real estate transactions targeting highly trafficked markets including New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, Seattle, and Austin.
In early 2020, Alex’s experience and interest in anything involving real estate led him to the residential sector, enabling him to do what he does best: meeting people, building relationships, learning about clients and their needs, and working hard to help them achieve their goals—all on a more personal, family level. He knew that he had found his true calling after seeing the happiness on the face of his first client after she had purchased her dream home.

Alex is a resident of the Upper East Side in Manhattan. When time permits, he may be found exploring the many cultural and culinary experiences that New York offers. To balance the culinary experiences, he enjoys hot yoga, weight training, and walking foster dogs in Central Park.
