Alex Harden

I grew up between multiple metropolitan cities, calling Singapore, Hong Kong, London and Los Angeles home for the last decade. I began my real estate career at a boutique private equity firm, assisting real estate operators and developers in raising capital for their projects. At the same time, in 2011, I began investing to properties in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

In 2013 I co-founded Harlow Partners with my father, an investment banker and his mother, an interior designer. Since then, we have a built a sizable portfolio in the luxury space and I focus on representing the team on all acquisitions, sales and market due diligence. In addition, we formed a property management company serving clients and their luxury homes across Southern California and continue to build upon this business today.

I believe my background provides a unique perspective and differentiated approach when representing my clients on the purchase or sale of their home or investment property. Having been through the process numerous times, I have empathy when things don’t go as planned – and they never do – but my team and I are able to find solutions and provide advice with our client’s best interests truly at heart.
