Alex Miranda is a South Florida real estate advisor, entrepreneur, and market strategist with more than two decades of experience across luxury residential sales, development, investment, and commercial real estate.

As Co-Founder of The Alex + Joe Team at Compass, Alex has participated in more than $1 billion in real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and property owners from Miami to Palm Beach. His expertise spans luxury condominiums, oceanfront estates, penthouses, mixed-use developments, development sites, and select commercial opportunities.

Alex is especially known for his deep roots in Midtown Miami, where he has worked since the district’s earliest years. Over nearly two decades, he has represented more than 1,100 neighbors and clients across sales, leasing, and development while becoming one of the market’s most recognized real estate authorities. His involvement extends beyond brokerage: Alex serves as an elected member and Vice Chair of the Midtown Miami Community Development District, advocating for thoughtful urban planning, public safety, infrastructure, and the long-term success of the neighborhood.

His perspective on real estate also extends well beyond individual transactions. As Co-Founder of Analex Advisory, Alex works at the intersection of market intelligence, trophy real estate, and development advisory, helping investors, developers, and property owners evaluate opportunities through a combination of market data, consumer insight, positioning, and real-world transaction experience.
